Twenty-two mile day! Ouch, Charlie. Another beautiful day though. Met and talked with No Sweat. Nice guy. Also, Regina the RidgeRunner (Goodnews Gayle). My toenails are hurting. Tomorrow we hike into Shenandoah National Park!
