Photographical update

Haven't had much luck posting videos lately. I probably have about ten or so lined up waiting for a good wifi hotspot.

Doing everything from a phone can be a bit frustrating at times, but then I have to remember that I am blogging FROM A TELEPHONE. Life ain't so bad.

The White Mountains have been breathtakingly difficult and rewarding.

Here are some photos from the past week or so. In no particular order.

  5. It's August 7, 2012 and I am estimating that you have about 270 miles to go... Amazing!! You have walked over 1900 miles from Georgia to Maine!!! How crazy is that? I look forward to hearing about your thoughts and feelings as you took your first step into Maine. I really look forward to seeing you in a couple of weeks as you descend Mt. Katahdin! Hike strong and hike through...on to Katahdin! God bless you with ALL that you need to reach your goal. Love, hugs, shalom, and prayers coming your way <3 Mom

  6. Yes... just think of those who hiked before the iPhone or even internet cafes. They'd have to wait until they found a photo hut to develop their film, only be in touch through payphone or postcards, and everyone wondering about their journey would have to wait on all that stuff, too! So, yay for phone blogging, even if it doesn't always play well with video uploading. :) I enjoy these snap shots.
